SHIPPING/DAMAGES/RETURNS

SHIPPING

All pieces will be double boxed and sent recorded and insured delivery. Prices include shipping within the U.K.

 

For all other destinations please contact us for pricing to your country. Ceramics can require large protective packaging and by its nature is heavy, so shipping costs are very expensive and in some cases prohibitive. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

Despatch times are within three days. Delivery times vary and are generally 2 weeks for the U.K. 

 

Delivery times to other countries will be advised at time of shipping.

 

Please allow an appropriate time for your order to be delivered to your destination especially at the present time due to the Coronavirus pandemic. If your order has not been received within 28 days, please contact us by email at - janetpotteryhadley@gmail.com, we will be happy to assist. For special occasions such as birthdays or Christmas please remember to give extra time for delivery to avoid disappointment.

 

We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any external delivery delays or lost orders caused by Royal Mail or other couriers. We would always recommend that you order an item well in advance of any special occasion, especially at busy times e.g. Christmas

RETURNS/DAMAGES

In most cases, your order will reach you in perfect condition but on the rare occasion you do receive a damaged item, please take photos of the damaged item, the box it arrived in and the label as soon as possible. Then please email us at janetpotteryhadley@gmail.com, we will then advise you further. We will always replace or refund damaged goods.

Distance selling regulations (more info HERE) allow you to return your order (even if there are no faults/damages) to us within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to return your order to us please email us first to advise of your return (email address above), we will then advise you of the address to return your order, thereafter package the pottery carefully in a suitable box or preferably in the box your order was delivered in.

Please note: Returns are made at your own expense. We recommend you obtain proof of posting from Royal Mail or the courier used for the return. We cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or delayed.

Once your return has been received we will contact you after checking the item and provide a full refund within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
